Two Easy Ways to Join the PTSA!
Remember, the ONLY way to get the PTSA Directory is to join the Robert Frost PTSA.1. Traditional Print and Pay
Print, complete and send the PTA Membership Form to school in an envelope marked "PTSA Membership". Please make checks payable to “Robert Frost PTSA”.
2. Online Form and Pay Pal®
Use the below link to add a membership to your "shopping cart." You may "continue shopping" to purchase student membership(s), an additional directory and/or make a bronze or gold level donation. Be sure to include the name(s) of your Robert Frost MS student(s) and grade level(s) in the boxes below for Adult and Student memberships. Once your "shopping cart" is set, you can "Check Out" to pay with a credit card or a Pay Pal account. Please check the box that allows Pay Pal® to share your phone number with us. Thank you for your support!
We still need your membership information to ensure our directory is accurate. Please specify that you "paid online using Pay Pal®" on your membership form.
